Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line an extra-large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Season the chicken on both sides with the salt and black pepper. Arrange, skin side up, on one side of the prepared baking sheet.
- Arrange the potatoes and carrots on the opposite side of the baking sheet. Drizzle with the olive oil, and season with the salt and black pepper. Stir to coat.

it was a great meal, and we enjoyed it. When we fix it again, however, I'll add the carrots later, rather than the same amount of time as the chicken.

super easy, kid approved. may add the carrots at the half way mark next time though

Chicken was fantastic, carrots were good, potatoes didnt cook through and werent that good

amazing. so quick and easy. made for my family of ten twice now, first time i omly doubled the recipe, today i quadrupled it. everyone loves it that much. not only does it smell SO amazing, it also looks and tastes just as good. also a great way to encourage kids (or even adults) to eat vegetables. will definitely make over and over again.
