these are absolutely the best muffins i've ever eaten! my family loves them! i added both walnuts and dries cranberries and they were amazing. we couldn't taste the zucchini.

Good and easy—two of my favorite things. I substituted brown sugar for about a third of the sugar in the recipe.

Delicious! i substituted Stevia for 1/2 the sugar but you'd never know the difference. Will make these again and try different variations of dried fruit, nuts & chocolate chips sound good too!

These were fantastic! They were easy to make and are moist and tasty. I added walnuts and dried cranberries. My husband and son love them. I will be making them again for Christmas and doubling the recipe!

These were really easy to make and fhe recipe was easy to follow and included good suggestions. I added chocolate chips instead of nuts and berries. I'm sure they taste great (I have celiac and can't eat gluten, but made the for a friend)

This recipe turned out great for us. Moist and tasty! The kids want one every morning. We used 1 cup whole wheat flour and the rest white.

These are like a Spicey Cake! They are so moist and so delicious, I would not change a thing!

I've made a lot of zucchini breads, cakes, and muffins, but these are the hands down winners! Huge, moist, sweet. A dozen of these huge muffins doesn't last long around our house. I have used frozen, grated zucchini and other summer squash with equal success.

Very good! I added dried cranberries and will add walnuts next time. I got 12 large muffins, not cupcake size.

They turned out really well. Had enough batter to make a batch of muffins and a loaf of bread.

Delicious, my kids love them, as do I. Just note they are a dense muffin so don't expect it to be light and fluffy.
