Delicious & Easy ! Recipe says 1hr bake time but I would check on it 45-50mins in I find it bakes quicker than indicated in recipe.

Turned out great! I added chocolate chips on top right before baking and they melted down into the bread....a little extra sweet surprise!

Very yummy :) I used pastry flour (because that’s what I had on hand), and it was both moist and light/fluffy - I can imagine all purpose flour would be great too :) I think next time I’ll add raisins and possibly substitute some of the oil for applesauce (it’s not overly oily, I just have lots of applesauce). Oh, and I only used 1 cup sugar (all brown, yum), and it was plenty sweet enough for me & my family :) Also, I didn’t have enough parchment paper for 2 pans, so I lightly greased one & it came out perfectly :) I love having 2 loaves & can imagine this recipe would also work well as muffins :) Thanks!

I switched it up a bit and did half brown sugar and half regular sugar doubled the vanilla and cinnamon and added a cup of carrot and a cup of jumbo raisins and yummm!!! Oh and half walnuts half pecans.

My first time making Zuxchini Bread! Great recipe!! Added cinnamon like all of the other comments suggested. Super moist and delicious. Will definitely make again although i will seek an alternative to the amount of sugar in the recipe

I thought the recipe made a very moist bread. I added about a teaspoon more cinnamon and pecans instead of walnuts, since I had them on hand.

Very good, pretty easy recipe to follow. I used pecans instead of walnuts but did not have raisins. Made a large loaf and 2 small loaves(to give to neighbors).

It’s a lovely brown color. Tastes good. I added banana and raisins. I prefer less sugar so I will hold back 1/2 cup of sugar next time. Everyone else loved it.

It was good, very moist and very easy to make. One issue—Slightly too much baking soda for my taste. Will adjust next time and see if that affects the crumb. Added apple sauce and subtracted walnuts (because I didn’t have any! Also, my kids don’t like nuts.) The family likes it, so all good!
