This has become my go to recipe when making zucchini bread, and I make it often! Always a hit and never lasts!

My son thinks im a hero after making this bread - on to making my third loaf! Great recipe! I opted fo no nuts.

Turned out delicious. I will definitely make it again. I didn't add nuts, but maybe will next time, or even cranberries.
