Fell apart and the big pieces didn’t cook all the way through. Better to chop up the pieces and toss with the herbs & oil instead of brushing.

Very delicious combination of flavours and super simple to make. Loved the guided instructions. Would roast the cauliflower at a slightly higher temperature next time.

It's great! I didn't do the bean salad. instead I did roasted vegetables for the side. The stakes could be cooked less if you like a more crunchy steak. mine came out tasting buttery. I have za'atarJordan, just add o'oil and that's it, so easy and delicious. I would do it again for myself.

Very tasty. I did mine a little different though because instead of steaks mine fell apart when cutting so I tossed the peices in the oil and spices. Worked out beautifully.

Really great flavors. Just needed more salt. Good blend between means and cauliflower.

This is a tasty dish, but it is difficult to cut the cauliflower steaks. The cauliflower tends to crumble, so don't expect perfect slices. But the flavor is very good. Delicious za'atar.
