Perfect. This recipe didn't have the flaws of another recipe I tried. That makes it a success!

While I liked the flavor of the marinade, it burned on the bottom of the glass pan. I ended up pulling the cauliflower out of the oven before it was done. I sliced it, put a little olive oil on it and put it back in the oven on another pan. It was tasty.
