I used the spices from this recipe but a cooking method from another where I added water to the pan and covered with foil for the first 30 minutes and then uncovered for the next 60. I also cored the cauliflower to ensure it cooked all th way through. Other than the long cooking time, this was soooo good. Can’t wait to make it again.
