Not great, too mushy and much too much time to make. Just not worth it!

horrible! 3 hours to make? After the 1st 1.5 hours it was already mush. I ended up making mashed cauliflower. Not good at all.

really good and tastie. probably could have cut down on cook time by about 30 minutes
