    Turned out really good! I doubled the recipe to make two pans and everything was delicious. My in-laws loved them

    Easy to make and it was a hit. I had two cans of chicken from Sam's club I need to use up and this was perfect. Next time I plan to instant pot the chicken instead and it should taste even better. I also want to try it with beef and instead of sour cream in the sauce I will try re enchilada sauce and maybe jalapenos instead of green chilies.

    Managed to mess up the sauce, still tasted great though!
    I added some flavor to the chicken...a can of Rotel, some cumin and some pinto beans.

    LOVE! This has become a staple in my household. They are not soggy at all, even after a day or two in the fridge. I would definitely recommend! One of my husbands favorites.

    it turned out wonderful. I added chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder. added can of rotel. to the chicken mixture. and used cream cheese instead sour cream and added a can of rotel.

    Wow this turned out absolutely amazing! Followed the recipe exactly but we also added a little bit taco seasoning for extra flavor. We are a family of 4 and 3 are incredibly picky eaters!! (my husband is the biggest picky eater ever!!) We will be making this again!

    I've made this recipe multiple times and it's definitely a keeper. It's a nice alternative to taco's for mexican night. The only thing I do differently is that I add a little taco seasoning to the shredded chicken for a little added flavor.
