    I made two servings and it turned out really good. We had bolognese at an upscale restaurant in Atlanta. This recipe was very similar! I will make it again!

    This was restaurant-quality bolognese. Surprisingly easy to put together, and so incredibly delicious! My husband even went back for seconds. This is definitely going into my rotation, and it’s so good, I’ll make it for company.

    I substituted the first amount of wine with water and the second amount with red wine vinegar, but next time I would replace it with water and only a bit of vinegar.

    Really, really good. be careful when you take the pasta out of the water before adding it to the bolognese, it may water down the sauce and this is so good you wont want that.

    Delicious pasta recipe worthy of serving to company. My family, including the picky eaters, devoured it fully. I'll certainly include it in our usual meal rotation.
