Easy to make and made an attractive dish. Ideal for a family of 4 . I used frozen potato O’Brien I suggest thawing them first. If not, extend cooking time by 20 minutes . Also, I used chopped white onion I place of green.

While not particularly fancy, this is a solid recipe and a real crowd pleaser. Very easy and almost no chopping. I will make again.
