    Added some flour to help thicken it up, besides that was happy with the meal.

    I added garlic and Italian seasoning

    Converted to IP. Sautéed all hard vegetables (plus big tbsp minced garlic I added) in a little oil and vegetable broth. Used 1 c. julienned carrots. Then added remaining ingredients, stirred together, pressure cook high 6 min w quick release. Also, added 1 tbsp chili powder and went a little lighter on cumin. Used dried oregano.

    I doubled recipe and added diced tomatos and mushrooms I also added more cumin until i reached how i wanted it to taste
