    I used this as a base and then added some leftover beet and swiss chard salad to it, as well as 2 cups of homemade tomato meat sauce (not that much meat so it's still mostly vegetarian), some chili flakes, garlic, a cup of beef stock, avocado chunks, eliminated the corn and chili because I didn't have any. Used a 1/4 - 1/3 cup of homemade yogurt instead of sour cream, and a couple squares of dark chocolate and dash of bbq sauce.

    delicious and healthy. i doubled the amount of black beans to up the protein and even my meat loving husband liked it.

    turned out very well, did 6tsp of chili powder and 2 tap of oregano, some added salt, avocado on top, an extra celery stick and i ddi ot on the stove. but the skeleton of the recipe is very good
