    It broke before I got it on my plate. I wish there was better instruction on how to spread the egg in the pan. But it taste great and look yummy!

    It was ok. For me the recipe has way too much pepper

    Tasty & easy to prepare. Maybe sauté red peppers & onions a bit prior to adding to omelette mixture. Would definitely prepare again.
