    Delicious! I added some chicken and salt, as well as about 3-4 cups more water. It made about 8 servings. Next time, I will put a larger variety of vegetables in, like mushrooms and maybe some kale or zucchini.

    Delicious! and the portions were perfect for meals throughout the week. It would be nice to have some suggestions of effective ways to tweak it or change it up a bit.
