    Oh so delicious!!! I added some fresh chillies and Thai Basil leaves, I believe this is better than any Thai soup I’ve had before in any restaurant! Surprisingly easy, I made the broth in advance (without the veg, I blanched these with the noodles when ready to eat) I opted for fresh shellled peas and broccoli!

    Love love love it I will do it again constantly, easy to do, yummy and satisfying. Perfect comfort food

    The soup was amazing, I also added shiitake mushrooms, a lot of cilantro and lime. The only thing that went wrong was the lemon grass. Ive never cooked with it before and I didn’t remove the outer layer enough, this made very hard pieces that i had to remove from the soup. It would have been a good tip to put in the recipe.I would make It again with lemon grass paste instead.
