  • 1/4 cup soy sauce (*use gluten-free or **use coconut aminos)
  • 1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp. sweetener
  • 2 Tbsp. vegan chicken flavored bouillon
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1 bell pepper (cored and diced)
  • 5 oz. mushrooms (diced)
  • 1 can water chestnuts (8 ounces, or 225 g, drained and diced)
  • 1 pkg. seitan (12 ounces, or 335 g, store-bought or homemade, diced, *sub 1½ cups chickpeas, cauliflower florets, or pressed tofu)
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame oil (***leave out to make oil-free)
