  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch (or tapioca starch)
  • 1 Tbsp. flaxseed meal
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon (or other spices of choice)
  • 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar (or white)
  • 1 1/2 cups non dairy milk (I like to use a mix of coconut milk and oatmilk)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3 drops almond extract (optional)
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/4 cup club soda (or use more milk)
