This was delicious! Took a few hard to find ingredients (fresh turmeric? - who knew?!) and took way longer than the 45 minute estimate but it was delicious! Downside is the calories, but so worth it!!

My honey makes this for us with a coconut rice and garlic naan, and every time it’s always sooooo AMAZING!!!! The prep time is a long process. One of my favorite recipes and vegan meals.

It was thick and hearty. It had great flavor, although I would be careful with the lemon juice (my lemon may have been too big). I will definitely make again.

It turned out great! It’s a little on the spicy side so I omitted the Serrano peppers. I used pita bread instead of Naan bread.

Yum! This recipe is easy to follow and incredibly flavorful! It wakes up your whole mouth!! I didn’t have vegetable broth so I used water and could only get light coconut milk. It still tasted amazingly creamy and was not too hot, but we do love spices. Highly recommend this for a weeknight meal or to pack for lunch in the winter if you have access to a microwave at work or school.

So this is rapidly becoming a family favorite. Made it for the third time today and we ate it all up. The hardest part is assembling the ingredients! Don’t plan on leftovers...

Incredible with complex flavors. I tripled the recipe and fed our family of five with leftovers for a while. It got better after the first day, and it is very high on the list going forward. Highly recommend.

It was fantastic! i didn't quite finish the whole recipe, I stopped before adding the coconut milk because I served it with coconut rice instead of simple white rice, but the base was so flavorful it didn't need it.

I don’t know how this is possible considering all the spices in it but it didn’t have much flavor for me. My husband on the other hand loved it. It was very quick and easy so I will definitely do this again but maybe with more ginger and garlic.

This recipe is fantastic and I’m not a vegan. We are on Keto and lentils are kinda high in carbs, but I added chicken to this and cooked it in my croc pot after I sautéed the veggies I added. I didn’t have a can of crushed tomatoes so I substituted a can of tomato paste and I had a red curry paste instead of the Serrano peppers cause that is what I had. It is fantastic a tiny bit spicy but my kids will eat it. My husband and I will just add more red pepper flakes when we serve ourselves up a bowl. It is a perfect rainy day comfort food. I am making garlic naan for the kids to dip into this yumminess.

This was amazing! Wow what a big hit with the family. Didn’t add cilantro, and had to use jalapeños instead of Serrano peppers because i couldn’t find them in my local grocery store. The levels of flavour in this dish is really impeccable and unique! Will become a regular staple in my repertoire for sure

It is soooo yummy. I am not the biggest fan of cilantro so I just left it out and I did not have any almond butter so I used peanut butter and it is still amazing.

Absolutely Delicious!!!!!!!!! This recipe is so good! it tastes just like restaurant quality curry! I had to make a double batch as my meal prep for work. I doubled everything except the coconut milk which i didn't have enough for a double batch but it turned out GREAT!! My mom and I loved it! I will definitely make again. They got more recipes too that I'm excited to cook and try! YUM YUM 😋
