This is a solid recipe that has swiftly become a dinner regular. I use different veggies in this recipe and have also included tofu. The best combination for me has been including red bell peppers, potatoes, and tofu. Would highly recommend.

Really good. I double the recipe and use one can coconut cream and one of coconut milk. It’s a good solid meal with fresh naan

Love this! I accidentally used a 28 oz can ofcrushed tomatoes and loved it even more. Definitely recommend this recipe.

Very good, the lentil needed to cook just a little longer. Still was very good.

It was pretty nice. We had to adapt slightly for ingredients we didn't have but it still worked out well.

Made it before but found the garam masala overpowered the flavor. Cut the garam masala to just over 1/4 tsp and the flavor balance was very nice

Delicious! Added mushrooms, chick peas and spinach when adding coconut milk which turned out great! Didn't add the hot peppers as I was feeding this to my toddler and didn't want it to be too spicy. The flavours were great. Will make it again!

This dish was easy and delicious! I used cashew butter instead of almond butter and 1tsp dried, ground turmeric instead of fresh because it is what I already had on hand.

I enjoyed this so much. It's so flavourful and rich and leftovers for lunch (if you have any!) taste even better the next day.

Super easy and delicious. I usually add some greens in before the coconut milk for some added nutrition.

Wow, really good and super flavorful! I only had peanut butter so I used 2 tbsp. I'll definitely make again

Recipe was easy to follow and turned out great! My first time making curry so I was glad to have stumbled upon this recipe. Would definitely recommend

Awesome. I used split lentils, so I cooked it less time. I made it less spicier and used lite coconut milk. I used less cumin, so the other flavors stand out. It is so creamy, fresh, and delicious. It is a great way to try new spices.

It's hearty and spicy, just what i wanted. The lemon juice at the end adds a perfect twist.

This was delicious! Took a few hard to find ingredients (fresh turmeric? - who knew?!) and took way longer than the 45 minute estimate but it was delicious! Downside is the calories, but so worth it!!

My honey makes this for us with a coconut rice and garlic naan, and every time it’s always sooooo AMAZING!!!! The prep time is a long process. One of my favorite recipes and vegan meals.

It was thick and hearty. It had great flavor, although I would be careful with the lemon juice (my lemon may have been too big). I will definitely make again.

It turned out great! It’s a little on the spicy side so I omitted the Serrano peppers. I used pita bread instead of Naan bread.
