    Family loved it. I did add some seasoned breadcrumbs as a topping for a bit more texture. Next time I may under cook the veggies so they have a bit more texture also. Flavor is outstanding

    This is delicious. Even better on the second day! I felt like I could have doubled up on the tomato sauce perhaps. I ended up adding a bit extra. Yum.

    When I read the ingredients, I was not too convinced. But this really is one of the most surprising dishes I cooked recently - and I absolutely love the taste.

    Grrreat. Left out the raisins and it was fantastic. In my opinion you could double up on the ingredients if you want a large portion.
    Very good and healthy tasting. fresh the spices were very nice. This recipe is a keeper.
