So delicious!! I LOVE cheesecake and judge every one I eat. This was a huge hit for vegans and carnivores!! Will definitely be making again!!!

Guilt free and tastes amazing when frozen (slightly thawed)- just like vegan 'nice cream'! What makes it best is how simple and easy it is to whip up (:

I used cashew milk with 1 extra tbsp of cocoa, and 1/2 cup honey instead of sugar. We liked it. It's a keeper!
