Tasty, but a too much liquid for my families taste. I would have used 1/2 as suggested by another reviewer.

A great recipe! We replaced the molasses with honey and the lentils with pinto beans, just based on what we had on hand. Turned out awesome! Only complaint is it doesn't make a whole lot. Would definitely double it next time.

I followed the proportions exact. Substituted navy beans for black beans and dark honey for molasses. Everything was delicious and well balanced. I did add carrots to give more veggies. I will definitely cook this again. One of my top ten vegan recipes.

Amazing recipe even without the molasses! I left out the lentils and added corn, and the only thing I recommend if you want to do so is to cut down the broth to 2.5 cups rather than 3.5 cups.

Delicious!!! Wow so yummy.. always looking for a good vegan chili and this is it. Followed it exactly and it turned out great.

This chili was awesome
I used frozen corn instead of lentils
And one can pinto beans and kidney beans
I fixed it in my instant pot
It was great !

I’ve made this at least five times now....so good!!! I add bell peppers and carrots. Skipped the molasses because I keep forgetting to buy it and it’s still delicious. Curious to try it with though. Even my meat eater boyfriend loves this recipe; you don’t even miss the meat!

Delish! My husband rated this 9.2 which is very high! Agree with last poster that you definitely don’t miss the meat!
