This was pretty good, I want just a tad more flavor so maybe a little more soy sauce next time but otherwise super easy and quick to make which is always good for me! Also like that I can change up the veggies to whatever I have on hand and it should still work.

This turned out wonderfully. I didn't add mushrooms or bell peppers, and subbed the egg for scrambled tofu. It was delicious

i couldnt get the rice to fry persay but it still came out delicous. i also added snow peas and broccoli

the bomb! so easy to make with 2 little ines running around. i will put less soy and oil next time
