Really liked this spin off of a traditional stuffed cabbage. Added a red pepper. I’ll add less rice and more cabbage next time! The dollop of sour cream was a nice touch.

Delicious! I too added carrots and red bell peppers to mine. I don't like standing at a stov. so I cooked cabbage, half onions and rice in crockpot on high for 1 hour. Then I cooked beef, onions and mushrooms in skillet. Mixed together in crockpot and simmer for 1 hour. worked great for me.
