These turned out pretty good. Definitely a strong honey taste. The first time making these, they were way too flour-y, so the second time I used half the amount of flour and they were much better. I’d recommend leaving out about a half to a full cup of flour for this recipe. Add the dry ingredients slowly and go with your gut on the consistency of the dough, how normal cookie dough should be. Stop adding the dry ingredients when the consistency of the dough is that of normal cookie dough.

i added an egg because i saw the reviews that they were crumbly. They need Stevia, or brown sugar substitute. ive lost 100 pounds and am having a hard time finding deserts that taste good. These kind of tasted like sawdust. Thank goodness for the chocolate chips. Wont waste ingredients on these again. really bummed!!

Horrible. There is not enough moisture to hold them together and so you just get a crumbly mess. They tasted like chocolate in sand paper. That picture is NOT of these cookies!

First run-through, other than being dry, they are just what we wanted. Good flavor, low sugar, not too sweet. We didn’t have enough chocolate chips, so added in craisins. Also, we used whole wheat flour, because that’s what we had on hand. My three-year old grandson “likes” them!

I 100% recommend! They taste good, and are fantastic as a healthy snack when you want to feel unhealthy (maybe that’s just me? Idk). They arent bitter but also not sweet like ordinary cookies are. I would also say that the recipe really depends on what kind of chocolate you use so I recommend 70% because that percentage is healthy and it is semisweet i would say.

They turned out well. I used the butterscotch morsels I had on hand and dusted with coconut during final one minute.

Wonderful. The chocolate chips make it just sweet enough. I love that I can make these for my child knowing he is not getting gobs of sugar. Don't go into the recipe thinking it will taste like a regular cookie. It is more like eating a chocolate chip shortbread.
