This is really good. I used vegan substitute for the beef and vegetable broth. The raisins add a lot.

The taste was excellent. I do not have an instapot and cooked on the stove. It took a lot longer than 8-10 min to soften the cabbage which in turn made the rice mushy. I will make it again because it was delicious BUT I will not add the rice until the cabbage is almost done.

turned out great! No hassle with rolling, and it tasted just like some yummy cabbage rolls I've eaten, that were made by little, old Polish women.

This recipe is perfect as is with maybe a little extra salt. I used boil in a bag brown rice and added the entire amount even though it was more than a cup. Very hearty and delicious.

It was delicious and lasted five meals for lunch. Definitely one to add into the rotation. I used cut up Italian sausage instead of ground beef as that's what I had on hand. Yum!

This is incredible! I made it twice in one week! The only thing I changed was that I used ground turkey instead of beef and it is just absolutely delicious
