Super easy and full of flavor. I always add a smidge more of olive oil and extra garlic. I prefer fresh dill in this recipe, but in a pinch have also used dried dill. Adjust accordingly for the dried version.

It turned our perfect! I like salty so I added extra dill, salt and pepper viola 👌

Super easy to make and it turned out so good! Served it over chicken Gyros and the kids loved it.

I had to leave out the cuke because I didn’t have any but it was yummy anyway!
