Description
As their name suggests, these potatoes are first baked until tender, then hollowed out and stuffed with a rich and creamy mash of the potato flesh with butter, sour cream, and garlic. Finally, they're topped with cheddar cheese and baked again. The recipe is a Yummly original created by Sara Mellas.

Very good, I added shredded cheese and bacon bits to the filling and topped with a dash more, definitely go lighter on the milk.

Potatoes came out a little runny. Probably should add less milkif I make them again.

Amazing! Takes time to prepare but worth it! We used to buy twice-baked potatoes from the store but these are just as good if not better!

Turned out great! I also added cheese into the potatoes and I oiled the skins in the beginning with an oil, salt and garlic mixture.

Absolutely amazing!
I only added bacon bits & chives with the cheese to make a loaded version.

A little time consuming but very good. Switched out the sour cream for cream cheese and really liked it.

One word... WOW!!! These are so good!! And pretty easy, yes they do take a while, but they are delicious! This is my second time making, and I added a little bacon bits and that put it over the top!! Definitely should try!
