So good! I did add some spices - a penzy’s spice pack (outrage) I had on hand. Loved it. And would also be wonderful at breakfast with a fried egg on top!

Definitely going to keep this recipe and tweak it! The sweet potatoes came out a bit soft and mushy, probably cook them for 10 minutes instead of 15.

Potatoes got too mushy, probably added too much water though. Just not that flavorful.

Found this to be a decent dish. It was a little bland and could use more seasoning. I may try with ground beef or lamb next time.

I modified this recipe by using fresh spinach and little red potato.. I would make it again. I love sweet potato, but had the other night so I used little red potato instead. I love spinach and am not a real Kale lover and the dish was wonderful. I did add feta cheese and it added just that extra bit of flavor. Thank You
