this recipe was made for me. It was easy to make and delicious. Turned out perfect. I did cut back on the salt to 3/4 tsp.

Love it! Easy to follow and make. Can also be creative and add extra things like raisins but I like keeping it simple!

Love Irish Soda Bread. No buttermilk, so used sweet milk and lemon juice. Added raisins. Cooked in a buttered cast iron dutchoven.

Turned out amazing! Great crust and soft on the inside. Put that in the rotation. So easy to make too. Listened to others and did two cups of buttermilk.

It was delicious. I needed to use 2 cups of buttermilk. 1 3/4 cups was still too dry. It needed to bake longer than the recipe says. I am at high altitude.

Great and really easy to make, and it doesn’t require a ton of ingredients just 4. We used almondmilk.
