    According to my husband, this is the best potato salad I’ve made in a while. I used my steamer to hard cook the eggs, otherwise followed the recipe exactly.

    It was a great recipe! It lent itself to personal changes, I used Dijon mustard and mixed paprika into the dressing as well as a garnish.
