I only wish I had doubled or tripled the recipe to have more for later ❤️ I got to use some super-ripe garden tomatoes and fresh basil - best soup recipe I’ve made - added a little cream and some croutons when I served it

My family and I loved it. I think I just added a little more broth, it came out a little less cream. However, the soup was delicious especially on a cold day like this. It felt light, warm, and savory.
