Fabulous recipe. I forgot to carmelize the onions as many of you suggested. I hope it is still as wonderful. I got distracted and totally forgot about carmelizing the onions. Well I guess I will see. I definitely won’t forget next time and I am sure there will be a next time!!

This was such an easy recipe! We all loved it. I made one according to recipe and one in which I added bacon and jalapeños. Great meal for a Friday family movie night, add a nice salad and it’s perfect!

It was surprisingly good. I added more hot sauce and caramelized the onion. Make sure to get all water out of tomatoes.

This turned out amazing! The second time I made it I added pepperoni and mushrooms and it was even better. I highly suggest caramelizing the onions when making this recipe.

Bright and decadent! Loved it. Easy to make, trickiest part is the pre-bake on the crust.

Excellent recipe and one I make regularly. I also add some cooked crumbled bacon to the mayonnaise-cheese mixture. Rather than buy flavorless off-season tomatoes, I use two 14 oz. can diced tomatoes (or one large can) and a 10 oz. can of Rotel, all well-drained.

Amazing! I added some habanero peppers to the cheese and it was absolutely delightful. Will be making again.

Really tasty! I used a red onion and caramelized them. Make sure to really get the water out of the tomatoes. Certainly not low fat, but I don't think that's the idea!

Delicious! I used sweet vidalia onions, more fresh basil and three kinds of cheese. I would like to cut calories so I am thinking of trying half greek yogurt and half mayonnaise.
