Great I added some oil, chocolate chips and a little bit of almond milk. Kids loved them!!

The first time it turned out really dry so i saw in another recipe they had the same ingredients but also 1/4 cup of coconut oil so i added that and a little bit of almond milk and chocolate chips!

Surprisingly good, considering how easy and relatively healthy they are. I used light maple syrup because that's all I had, and they still tasted great

Excellent cookie for those who have a sweet tooth and are watching carbs . One cookie kills hunger quickly . Just follow the recipe as is.

I don't know how they got the cookies to look like the picture because mine certainly didn't look like that but they tasted pretty great. I added walnuts and chocolate chips for crunch. Oh and I added one extra teaspoon of vanilla extract for more flavor.

Just made these these little guys and they looked nothing like the picture. HOWEVER, the texture was just like a regular cookie! I guess it was because I used finely sifted almond flour. The taste was a little bland though. (Maybe because of the maple syrup I used?) Next time I’m going to use lemon zest to flavor it a bit more. The chocolate chips I used did help with the flavor a bit though. Overall, these were a good alternative to the usual unhealthy cookies. :)

Ok, WHY have I never made these before?! These are so good and simple, not to mention gluten free, dairy free AND vegan! I made the fatter cookie and mixed in some sprinkles and chocolate chips. I’ll definitely be trying these in the thin crispy version too! PS: Use a fork to eliminate any clumps in the flour; add more maple syrup until it became more of a dough like consistency and not clumpy; mix in maple syrup to flour with a wooden spoon 🤗

Turned out great! So similar to macaroons. Think I will add coconut next time!

These were okay. They definitely didn't turn out like the picture, even when I mushed them down. The texture was odd, but I think it's just because I was expecting something like a non-vegan cookie. But the flavor was good and they were soft. Next time I'll totally add some chocolate chips.

Turned out well, kids loved them. Had them plain probably would put chocolate chips or nuts in next time.

Easy enough to make but flavor was a little off, and the texture was somewhat gritty.
Probably not make again.
