    This was probably the most filling breakfast I've had. I'd never successfully made poached eggs before and I feel the vineger really helped. Although I think the next time i make this I will cook the spinich as i felt it was a little too bitter for me, however if you like spinich that way it's completely up to the maker. Overall I loved the mix of veggies depite my not using mushrooms, (I'm not a big mushroom person.) the egg yolk going all over the rest of the food was a really cool idea and the avocado was a big plus!
