This is the closest I have been to a nice buckwheat bread but I find it a bit gooey… Maybe I will try again with less psyllium and/or less water (I used almost 300ml of water ; and 2 actual table spoons of psyllium husk, which in fact is more 5ml each than the theoretical 15ml tbsp so I am always struggling with this measurement 😅) or should I then do less water, and 3 times more psyllium and chia to follow (that would be veeerry compact!)

Absolutely love it so do my 1 year old and even gluten-junkie partner prefers this truly unbelievable bread 😍 I only can’t get it to rise completely, some parts inside stay too dense even though completely cooked, I’ll try another time with fresher baking powder or maybe soda even ☺️ thank you!
