    Wonderful taste, texture & presentation! Added 2 Tbl extra buttermilk to get good batter consistency. Used vanilla Greek Yogurt...never knew it tasted so good. This recipe & Greek Yogurt will be staples in our house from now on. Loved the science the author gave on the ingredients!

    Fluffy and tender! Didn’t have yogurt, so just used all buttermilk. Still too thick, so added MORE buttermilk. Will decrease salt to 1/8 tsp next time. Great recipe!

    This is my go-to pancake recipe! The batter is on the thick side so I either cut back a little on the flour or add extra milk. I usually don’t have buttermilk so I sour 2% milk with white vinegar. I add fresh blueberries when I have them. I’ll try omitting the sugar as another suggested.

    These were wonderful! I wanted a healthier version of pancakes for myself and family. These were a perfect match! I forgot the sugar and they still pleased the family. If you have any extra you can freeze them and reheat then in the microwave for an easy quick breakfast.

    Super easy and really yummy. Recipe is easy to follow. I didn't add maple syrup though as I didn't think it needed any extra sugar

    Fluffy and tasty pancakes! I did use vanilla Greek yogurt and pleased with the result! The batter seemed a bit stiff so I added a bit more milk
