Simple and easy. My family and friends loved the dough... our challenge: getting the pizza round as “first timers” doing pizza at home, but it was really fun family time

I have used this recipe several times now, & it is by far the easiest recipe to follow. I have tried others in the past & they were a real pain & too complicated. I will definitely pass this on to friends in the future! Thanks for the easy recipe as well as great pizza dough, it has become a Friday night staple in our house!

I added Betweena 1/4 And 1/2 cup more water than the recipe asked for As the dough was a bit dry, or not sticky enough. But other than that, a perfect recipe. Like yyou say the temperature of the water is moist important. Made a pepperoni n cheese pizza. The dough rise superbly. N made a wonderful pizza base.

Perfect! I’ve made pizza dough for years, sometimes it’s great and other times not-so- much. Thanks for the water temp tip and the kneading tip!

This was my first homemade pizza. I did use a bread maker for the dough. I grated a block of mozzarella (shredded cheese doesn't seem to melt the same) and the whole family loved it. Gonna try calzones with this same recipe soon and make my own sauce.

The only pizza dough I ever make! SO EASY and turns out perfectly EVERY time! I haven't tried refrigerating left over dough yet (because we always finish it off :-)), but I'd like to see how that works. LOTS of compliments on this crust!
