Super easy I tweaked the ingredients a bit just used my own but kept the milk and butter part. So good though!

Husband approved. This recipe is now in regular rotation! It was challenging to transfer the patty to the griddle because the meat was so soft with this recipe but it all worked out fine.

Fantastic! Burger stuck a little to the pan so I re-sprayed when I flipped. Very juicy. This is a keeper I will surely make again!

Best Turkey Burger recipe I've ever made! This tops all of the other recipes I've tried out. I feared they wouldn't hold together, or it'd be too mushy, but they came out perfect and flavorful. I added pepper jack cheese, lettuce, a few slices of pickles, and some barbecue sauce (not a whole lot) to my burgers. My father isn't a fan of turkey, but he was impressed with how they turned out! Will definitely be making it again.

You were right! Lauren's turkey burgers are the juiciest. I followed the recipe and waited until the internal temperature was 165 degrees.

The burger were delicious and juicy. I doubled the poultry seasoning but kept everything else the same. will definitely make again.

Used this as base recipe. Stretched to 5 patties instead 4 by using 1 extra egg and 1/4 cup whole grain seasoned bread crumbs. Increased milk to 4T. Reduced amount of butter by half inside the patties (but also cooked in butter on stove top. Used own seasoning preferences instead of poultry: Few shakes Soy sauce, Salt, pepper, minced onion, garlic power, cayenne and salt free table blend. DELICIOUS AND MOIST!!!! Will make again.

These are awesome! I didn't think they would stay together when I made them into patties and put them in the pan, but they firmed up just enough. My wife was skeptical, too, but she was very impressed. She even requested them again a couple weeks later.
