I thought this was terrific but my husband thought is was just "okay" but he's not really a "cream" or "alfredo" sauce guy.

I'm Swedish and German and I've made these in a number of different ways. One easy way is to either bake or fry the meatballs and add Cream of Mushroom soup with milk and a a few fresh spices and herbs. It's really good and quick to make.

they were ok. first time trying them, wasnt super impressed. dont know if i did something wrong or if thats how theyre supposed to be. the sauce needed more flavor. my 2 year old loved them though so thats a win

I used turkey instead of beef and chicken broth instead of beef broth and it worked out well

The sauce was so mustardy it was overwhelming. Not what Swedish meatballs should taste like.

These were delicious! I used beef Better Than Boullion with water in place of beef broth. I think it imparts more flavor. Served over noodles with seasoned fresh broccoli. Will definitely make again.

Wow were these good...served over a bed of broad egg noodles they were unbelievable! Make sure to thicken your sauce before throwing meatballs back in..

Absolutely delicious! First meatballs I’ve made that I know I will crave eating again, and the brown butter-based cream sauce is divine.
