    This is the first time I’ve made pizza completely from scratch, and it came out amazing! I subbed active yeast since that’s what we had on hand. Only thing I want to know is, why did some shmuck, making pizza for the first time, put together a better pie than most professionals do? Seriously it was that good.

    We love this recipe. I double it and there’s enough for my three kids to each make their own pizzas and one large pizza for the grownups. Super versatile and quick enough that I can prep the dough in between meetings and make the pizzas on my lunch break. It also makes for a fun project for my kids. Glad I found this recipe.

    So I had been working on a dough all day but I killed the yeast. I went searching for a fast and yummy dough and found this and I am so glad that I did. As suggested I used a thermometer to get my warm water the perfect temperature and it was like magic. Thanks for the tip and I’ll be using it from now on. I let my dough rise for 30-45 minutes before I gently deflated it and then stretched it out on a floured surface, turning it a couple times. Easy and versatile, I’ll definitely be using this recipe often!

    Easy. Used 1 1/2 qt bowl and 2 cups of bread flour as it was recommended for those who like thin crust. Also cooked crust for 4 min to get a crispier crust. Recommend cooking a little longer before adding toppings to get a crispier crust. Would use a little more oil, maybe salad oil instead of olive oil. Crust a little chewy. Added 1/2 small jar of pizza sauce (probably a little less would work), Parmesan dusting, pepperoni to cover, fresh mushrooms, basil, banana peppers and green pepper. Covered with shredded mozzarella. Looks good. Taste average. Intend to try it again to finish off ingredients and make pizza rolls.

    I noticed when I make a pizza with a lot of toppings, the dough doesn't cook all the way through. to Remedy, I bake it for about 4 minutes before putting on the toppings and it comes out perfect! Love this dough.
