    It was very moist and had a great flavor. I didn’t have any beef stock so I used vegetable broth and it was just as delicious.

    I've been trying to find a Fall Apart Roast like my Grandpa used to make. It didn't fall apart as much as I wanted it to but it was delicious. Love all the onions!
