Very good! But I do enjoy the raisins and nuts (I used salted pepitas) and eyeballed the amounts. I also used maple syrup vs. sugar and found I needed about a 1/4 the amount. But that’ll be to personal taste. I use already cut up florets so had to figure out how many ounces equals 3 heads. The online article I followed told me that 1.5 heads equals a pound, so I used about 2 lbs of the florets. I usually hate it when people review a recipe they’ve changed, but I didn’t fool w/ this one too much.
Thank you, Aunt Bee’s Recipes and Yummly!

I am not a fan of raw broccoli, but I needed a salad to take to my daughter’s in laws for Easter. My daughter said they like broccoli salads so to Yummly I go. This recipe was a huge hit. I even loved it. I did use miracle whip instead of Mayo, but otherwise was made as the recipe. I will definitely be making this again.

swap the sugar for 100 gram of honey. add 2 teaspoon of dijon mustard. Let it rest i the fridge for only 30 minutes. One of the best salad İ ever had !!!

This was delicious. I appreciate the tip about drying the brocolli on paper towels. I've had broccoli salad that had too much liquid.

Sooooo good!!! I used stevia instead of sugar. You can’t even tell. I might eat the whole thing by myself.
