    My recipe turned out very dry meatballs. I used 1 lb each of ground sirloin and deer sausage so perhaps the meat did not contain enough fat but I think the bread crumbs could have been cut in half. 1 cup was too much.

    These are AWESOME- I modified the recipe to take out the four slices of bread and they are really tasty. My whole family loves them!
