Wonderful curry. We are vegetarian so instead of chicken we put in a whole bunch of mushrooms and it was wonderful. Looking forward to making it again.

Holy cow! Great dish. Fast to make — don’t let all the ingredients scare you. I added Thai basil, broccoli, sugar snap peas. Did not add the cornstarch. Doubled the curry paste and increased the coconut milk by 50%.

Great curry recipe to have in hand, I used frozen carrots as the vegetable since my son doesn’t like cooked peppers. The downside it is high in salt due to both fish sauce and soy sauce. I substituted coconut aminos for the soy sauce and omitted the 1/4 tsp salt. It’s still high in salt but it drops it below a 1000mg.

Flavors are great! Good recipe for cleaning out fridge. I used leftover turkey instead of chicken and served with jasmine rice and bread!

Great flavor! I used a wider variety of veggies, and had to increase the coconut milk to compensate, but the sauce is a base I’ll bring into our stir fry rotation.

Oh my gosh! This is fabulous! The layers of flavors are amazing! Don’t let the amount of ingredients fool you, this is really easy to make! And so delicious! Update: I changed this into a soup dish by adding another can of coconut milk (using lite version) and substituted shrimp at the end instead of chicken. Fantastic!
This turned out amazing! Husband said it was the best dish I have made. This will definitely be on our rotation.

Delicious! I ended up using carrots, broccoli, and red pepper to use up what I had in the fridge, and it was still good I especially love the sauce
It turned out great! I loved it!

This recipe turned out great! Tastes very authentic. I added bamboo shoots and only used one red pepper. The sauce was a little thick but you can choose to not add the cornstarch or just thin with water instead. It’s a keeper!

Tastes great, although I improvised some ingredients based on what I had on hand.
This curry was exactly what I was looking for. Full of flavor in each bit. Definitely a family favorite.

Excellent. Followed recipe except doubled it. I only put in 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. I also added broccoli. Turned out wonderful.

It was great!! Made it just as the recipe said. I prefer it a tiny bit creamer and sweeter but this was a great start and we still ate it all up!

This is not great Thai food, in my opinion, but it’s a great weeknight meal. All the ingredients can be purchased at my small-town grocery store, and I can add whatever vegetables I want for a one pot, reasonably healthy meal. I think the amount of sugar in the recipe can be cut, though I haven’t settled on the perfect amount yet. And it’s quite tasty, it just doesn’t make me miss the Thai food from back when I lived in a big city any less.

Tasted good but seemed like something was missing compared to other thai reds

This is a pretty good recipe, ngl. The sauce is great and the chicken came out delicious. I skimped out on the cornstarch b/c diet and since I had no Thai chili sauce, I did like 2 tsp honey + 1 tsp sriracha mix and that worked just fine. Added serrano chiles for extra punch. Try this for your next dinner cuz it's solid.

Delicious! I have made several red curry recipes and I have always felt like something was missing

The sauce is spot on to what I was after! I didn’t do the lime leaves, sugar, or fish oil and it still came out great!

This was my 2nd attempt. The first time wasn't very good. This time it was amazing. I read the notes prior to the actual recipe. In those notes it suggests frying the garlic, ginger, and Red Curry Paste first and then added the chicken. Once the pink was gone I added the onions and veggies and followed from there. The sweet Thai chilli sauce is a great add. This punched up the flavour big time. I followed the rest from there. Awesome.
