Very easy to make without much of a mess . You just need a cutting board and a single pan. Delicious and spicy

This recipe was ok but not fantastic not spicy. The recipe makes a lot of sauce - I served it over rice. Not sure I’ll make it on regular basis.

Turned out average, the sauce was a little thin. Red curry not as good as yellow or red. My option, will not make again.

It was just Ok. Needed more sauce for sure. Will double it next time and probably use chicken as the beef was a little tough.

We live in Texas. My husband says the spicier the better. Usually that is cajun or mexican. He loved this and I added extra serrano so it would be hot! 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This was my first time making a Thai dish. The red curry flavor was much better than I thought it would be. Just be sure to have everything ready to go before starting this dish. Great flavor. Had to let mine simmer a little longer due to me using beef for stewing out of the package. I’ll cut them smaller next time. Was looking for a little thicker sauce, had to add some thickening to it

Needed more sauce and a little less spice will be adding a more sweet coconut milk next time and double the beef broth.

Great! Couldn’t find curry paste so I used bottle of red curry sauce. Everyone loved it served over brown rice
