Really delicious marinade & sauce! I will absolutely make this again! Picked up some Rockfish at Trader Joe’s today, and made this recipe, but I pan seared the fish instead of grilling, and served with Thai noodle salad… great combo, light and healthy!

Double the fish, double the recipe.
Wow this was great. Easy prep too.
I tossed it in the oven for 10 and it was perfect

Very good!!
We don’t have a grill so I cooked it in a skillet instead. It still turned out very nicely.

Added a little more Jalapeño and garlic to the sauce. The fish was so flakey and moist with just the right amount of kick.

Absolutely delicious! I added sliced green onion and crushed red pepper to the sauce, and I heated the sauce prior to serving. Perfect combination of spicy, salty, sweet, and sour in every bite! Served with Steamed broccoli and jasmine rice. Delish!
