  • 1/3 cup green beans (opt., I used frozen ones.)

  • 1/2 tablespoon Thai Kitchen Red Curry Paste
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon cumin (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch (to thicken, opt.)

    Tasty and fairly easy. Green beans were still a bit hard, so next time I’ll cook the them longer before adding the coconut milk. Also will use more red Thai curry paste for more flavor in the sauce.

    Followed directions and ingredients. Agreed with the other review. Smelled incredible but tasted very bland.

    Delicious and easy! Doesnt take long to cook. You can add whatever vegetables you want and it makes it very filling.

    It was so good! I added garlic, basil, cooked chicken (rather than tofu) , and broccoli. I also added some basil and sriracha at the end and doubled the curry paste for more flavor. The last change I made was to replace half of the water with chicken broth. Will definitely make again!!

    Not enough flavor, felt bloated after eating it
