    Great recipe but added 1 tbsp more of curry paste, ginger, onions, thai chilis for more spice. I also did shrimp with heads and all for that extra flavor. Family really loved it.

    I added ginger paste, bell peppers and onion and I can honestly say this was one of the greatest meals I've ever cooked and was super quick and easy! So delicious I'm going to double the recipe next time because 2 servings just wasn't enough.

    Delicious doubled all ingredients for sauce, also put in some lemongrass paste, roasted peppers. Served with lime cilantro rice and asparagus. Introduced to some friends who had never had curry, was a huge hit. Will definitely again, and will add more red curry paste.

    Really good but missing something. Added fresh squeezed lime and it was delicious. Maybe try adding lemongrass next time! Quick and easy.

    DELICIOUS! Super simple and quick to make, definitely making it again.
    really good, but i would probably add more birds eye chili and scale down on the coconut milk, dont get me wrong, it was DELICIOUS, but if you are watching your calories, better watch out.

    Just SO good. Used coconut cream instead of coconut milk. I think it took away from the curry. A really good dish. Will make again.

    Made a quick version with whatever I had... Used rice vine vinegar instead of fish sauce as I didn't have any fish sauce. Came out really good.

    This was delicious. I cooked for 6 people. I used 2 cans of coconut milk (not lite), and 6-7 tablespoons of the red curry, since we like the food a bit spicier. Instead of shrimp, used cod (8 pieces) and it was very very tasty. Also added green beans for some extra texture. Stewed the cod and green beans in the curry broth and the fish was moist and delicious. I will be making this dish VERY often!!!

    Excellent. I doubled the sauce and added red peppers and thin slices of chicken . Served over rice. Added extra red curry paste as we all like spicy. Would make again. Simple and pretty quick to make, also add a tablespoon of brown sugar
