This was very easy and everyone enjoyed it. When my daughter got home and asked what was for dinner my son replied "deliciousness". I did add another 1/2 lb. of sausage because it seemed skimpy when I put in 1lb. I also used baby cakes instead of tots because it's what I had. Cooked 30minutes and 5 more with cheese on top. i will make this again.

Definitely a keeper. I used half jack and cheddar cheese. I love making it in bulk so I can enjoy it for a few days. I haven't froze them- but I'm going to check it out.

Definitely a keeper! Hit for the entire fam. no modifications; just as is. Had to cook for 10 min longer than the recipe called for. All ovens are different so just keep an eye on the casserole til fully cooked.

I added ham chunks instead of sausage, added a 2 tbsp of chopped yellow onions and 2 tbsp total of chopped green, yellow, red pepper, and 1 tbsp of minced garlic. I forgot to add in the cheese, but just put a layer of cheese on top after the dish was finished (then placed back into oven for 4 mins to melt the cheese.) it came out full of flavor and aroma. Had to have seconds, and will now make this a go to recipe for fast breakfasts!

My family really enjoyed this dish. What a nice way to start your day with a one dish breakfast. We will definitely be making this again!
